Thyme Of The Season
THYME OF THE SEASON
3 oz Mock-One Non-Alcoholic Gin
¾ oz thyme-infused non-alc dry vermouth*
¼ oz olive brine
Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain and serve up.
Garnish: thyme, dehydrated tomato, olives, mozzarella, balsamic vinegar.
*Thyme-infused non-alc dry vermouth: muddle 6 thyme sprigs with 4 oz of non-alc vermouth. Seal and refrigerate for 6 hours.
