Hell In A Highball
Trick or treat yourself to this tasty Halloween mocktail made with Mock One Non-Alcoholic Gin.
2 oz Mock One Non-Alcoholic Gin
¾ oz lime juice
½ oz strawberry/cherry syrup*
Soda
Build over ice. Add lime juice, Mock One Gin and top with soda. Drizzle strawberry/cherry syrup.
Garnish: Sliced strawberries
*Strawberry/cherry simple syrup: Over medium low heat, add 1 cup tart cherry juice, 1-½ cup sugar, and 3 oz sliced strawberries. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, strain, bottle and refrigerate.
