A bold and refreshing zero-proof cocktail featuring Mock One Non-Alc Whiskey, bright pink grapefruit juice, and a smooth honey simple syrup, shaken and served up with a twist of grapefruit zest.

BROWN DERBY

2 oz Mock One Non-Alc Whiskey 
2 oz fresh pink grapefruit juice 
¾ oz honey simple syrup*

Shake ingredients with ice. Strain and serve up. 

Garnish: Zest of grapefruit peel

*Honey simple syrup: over medium heat, add 1 cup water, 4 oz honey and 4 oz sugar. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Let cool, bottle and refrigerate.
